Permanently delete your Sportima account and associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your profile information, including name, email, phone number, and linked account access.
  • Saved preferences and most app-specific personal data that is no longer required to operate or secure the service.
  • Associated customer-facing account access for web and mobile login.

What May Be Retained

  • Booking, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records that we are required to keep.
  • Operational logs or security records needed to investigate abuse, chargebacks, or platform incidents.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you personally.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. Booking and payment records are retained as required by law and for fraud prevention.
